Overview
This page describes how VFXSYN approaches formal, contract-based creative work—separate from off-the-shelf digital products in the shop. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship; for counsel on specific legal matters, consult a qualified attorney.
Creative and post-production services
VFXSYN provides post-production, finishing, and related creative services under written statements of work or master service agreements when required. Typical scopes include color grading, compositing, motion design, delivery packages for music videos and commercial releases, and consultation on technical pipelines.
Commercial terms (fees, milestones, deliverables, usage rights, credits, and revisions) are agreed in writing before work begins unless we explicitly confirm a small engagement by email.
Rights, releases, and clearances
Clients are responsible for securing rights to underlying materials (music masters, talent likeness, logos, third-party footage, and samples). VFXSYN may assist with technical packaging for delivery, but clearance strategy remains the client’s responsibility unless expressly contracted otherwise.
